Today, in 1890, Idaho was granted statehood 134 years ago, and thank God it was! It is truly one of the most amazing states in the union, and we wouldn't live anywhere else.

The University of Idaho has been working towards acquiring the University of Phoenix, which was going smoothly with a unanimous vote from the Idaho State Board of Education, but has recently run into issues from Attorney General Raul Labrador's lawsuit to the Idaho House passing a resolution to say that the vote was void.

Thank you all for your support and for joining our Locals page. As you can probably tell, our priorities have not been on Locals lately. As we were investing and testing Locals, we started running into limitations that prevented us from going in the direction we wanted for you, the viewer.
So, we started looking at other platforms that would do that better. The best we found in our testing and conversations with others was Substack.
